Our specialization

We develop highly competitive mechatronic systems and their components. Our tools and methods are based on predictive simulation of dynamic behaviour and manufacturing processes, which maximise machine efficiency and performance. Using these tools and a holistic approach, we are able to design, manufacture and validate functional prototypes with high precision and reliability. 

Multibody dynamic simulation for dynamic systems

We develop and validate dynamic predictive models and simulation tools that consider degradation effects. This facilitates the design process and enables product optimization in terms of performance, functionality, and reliability. 

Simulation of manufacturing processes for industrial products

We develop and validate simulation models for manufacturing processes to optimize in-service reliability, material influences (such as hardness, microstructure, and residual stresses), and production costs from the design phase.
