Our specialization

We ensure the structural integrity of components and industrial systems throughout their life cycle. Thus, we improve their circularity and sustainability from the initial design, with virtual prototypes and experimental validation, and during their operation, by means of evolutionary digital twins. We also contemplate a possible extension of their life cycle, with the evaluation of their remaining life.

Assessment models and digital twins

We develop physics based structural reliability models that can be used as virtual prototypes or time adaptive digital twins.

Experimental testing

We perform experimental tests to characterise and validate components and materials to verify our virtual models. We contribute our knowledge in the design of simplified tests and customised tests, with the aim of evaluating the scale effect or other types of probabilistic change and thus being able to predict the failure of the real size component.
