IK4-IKERLAN showed at Maintenance Bilbao fair, that took place between June 6-8 at Exhibition Centre (BEC), the technological advancements offered for companies within the maintenance area and Service 4.0, an innovative concept that defines the development of services based on the application of new information and communication technologies (ICT).
Arrasate-Mondragón centre had a space of its own in an event that addressed the latest trends and developments of industrial maintenance, management of assets and facilities and reliability of production within advanced maintenance procedures.
Moreover, Patxi Zubizarreta, responsible for Operations and Maintenance Technologies at IK4-IKERLAN, participated as lecturer in the conference program, where the emphasized the importance of offering a good post-sale maintenance service.
“In this fair, we have shown success cases of our Service 4.0 methodology, that has offered so many benefits to our customers” explained Zubizarreta. Moreover, he said that “this fair offers the opportunity of creating synergy with companies and agents at national level and apply our knowledge to our post-sale services, providing an added value to machines.”
Maintenance is a key factor in Industry 4.0 and, therefore, IK4-IKERLAN developed new advanced maintenance service solutions in order to optimize resources, improve reliability of products and increase business profits.
