Power Electronics
Electric power is essential in our society, but to be able to use it we need to control and transform it. Power electronics allows this in an efficient, safe and flexible manner, thanks to the power converters. To design these devices, in this area we have an in-depth domain of electronics and of the final application where they will be applied, in addition to the areas such as control, cooling, electromechanical design and the associated electromagnetic systems.
IKERLAN conducts research in this area to obtain the highest possible performance in terms of reliability and low cost, together with all the other technical features the different applications require.
