PORTFASTFLU

Objetivos

The Objective of PORTFASTFLU is to develop and validate a rapid (less than one hour) test for influenza that will be used as point-of-care test system in developed and developing countries. It will be based on nucleic acid testing, a testing method suitable for both early detection and late surveillance of influenza, and currently routinely used by WHO and OIE virology reference laboratories.
