Juan Carlos

and Production Process Unit at Ikerlan. |

Jose Angel Lakunza (jalakunza@ikerlan.es) is the Design and Production
Technologies area manager in the Design and Production Process Unit at Ikerlan. He has 25 years
experience working within
the areas of CAD/CAM, Design Technologies, Business Processes, etc. He has
been involved several national and European research projects as well as
industry transfer projects in the fields of CAD/CAM systems, product configurators, new product
development and business process redesign. Currently he is involved in
national research projects dealing with Product Models and Mass Customization. |

Juan Carlos
Astiazarán (jcastiazaran@ikerlan.es) is a principal investigator in the Design and Production Department
at Ikerlan, where he has over 25 years experience working in different
departments within the areas of CAD/CAM, Design Technologies and Business
Process Engineering. He manages several industry transfer projects within the
areas of Mass Customization, Business-Process in the e-Company (process-map
redesign, R+D+i, capital goods…), Product
Innovation (strategic innovation, product definition and development), Design
Management (multidisciplinary teams management) and Knowledge Management
(systems design and implementation). |

Eduardo Saiz (esaiz@ikerlan.es) Industrial Engineering
at the University of Bilbao. In addition, he holds
the APICS certificate (1995). Since 1986 he has worked at Ikerlan as project
manager first in the Production Systems department and today in the Design
and Production Technologies Area. The areas of experience are Reengineering
Business Process, Production Systems diagnostics, Planning Systems development,
Industrial Layouts, Scheduling Systems for Production Planning and Analysis
and Simulation of Production Systems. The keywords that define his current
work are: Mass Customization,
Mass Innovation, Supply Chain Management and
Extended Enterprises. |
