Aware of the complex and profound changes facing our society, MONDRAGON announces the third edition of TFG-TFM MONDRAGON Sariak 2024, an event that this year will feature the special IKERLAN award for the most innovative TFG or TFM and the Eika award for the best work in Basque. 

With a total of 23,750 euros in prizes, the initiative seeks to promote an innovative, sustainable and people-based transformation.

TFG-TFM MONDRAGON Sariak 2024 is divided into five main categories, each focused on a specific area of transformation:

1. Danobatgroup Award for Digital Transformation: artificial intelligence,
automation and robotics.
2. MONDRAGON Award for Transformation based on people: talent,
Diversity and inclusion.
3. Fagor Taldea Award for Energy-Climate Transformation:
decarbonization, circular economy and climate neutrality.
4. Orbea Award for Healthy and Sustainable Mobility: ecodesign, digitalization and well-being.
5. Laboral Kutxa Award for the Transformation of finances to transform society.

TFG-TFM MONDRAGON Sariak 2024 has 12 cash prizes, two for each of the categories exhibited: 2,500 euros for the first prize and 1,250 euros for the second; and two extra prizes for the most innovative work (2,500 euros) and the best in Basque (2,500 euros). 

Interested persons must submit their TFG or TFM before September 30, 2024 and meet a series of requirements: be over 18 years of age, have obtained a minimum grade of 8 on a scale of 10, the TFG or TFM must have been presented from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024 and the content of the TFG or TFM must be related to one of the five main categories set out above.
